Spanish tourist applying for a chinese visa in Japan

Hello, I will be visiting Japan for 10 days in october and after, I will visit china. Is it possible to apply for a chinese visa in Japan holding a spanish passport as a tourist?

As a short-term visitor, you cannot apply in Japan. It is suggested you could go to Hong Kong or Macau from Japan and apply there.
