I need to change flight from Shanghai Pudong Airport International T1 to Domestic T2

I booked flight from Bangkok to PVG and arrived on 05:45 am at PVG T2 but I need to catch flight to Linyi on 08:50 am at PVG T1. So. do you think I have enough time to catch flight at T1? Moreover, how could I go to T1 from T2 and how long will gonna take? And normally how long will gonna be take for check in at domestic flight?
