About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a transit visa?

HI, I am an Indonesian citizen and I will be travelling from Jakarta to Frankfurt with a 6 hours transit in Guangzhou (CAN) Airport and 75 minutes in Changsha (CSX) by China Soutern Airline (CZ388 and CZ331). Do I need a transit visa?

No, you don't need any kind of visa, because you are, with your itinerary, perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in China. You will just have to print out your e-tickets and have them in hard copy. Also, you will declare at your check-in in Jakarta that you will travel to Frankfurt via China using 24 hour visa free transit scheme. After a short inspection, you will be allowed to board the plane. Basically, this is it.
