About:Nanjing Lukou International Airport

What is the best way to get from Nanjing airport to the Sofitel Galaxy Suning Hotel at 9 Shanxi Rd?

I would like to know the approximate cost by taxi. Also are the taxis metered, or is it based on flat rate? Any tolls along the way?

The cab fare is around CNY150 with toll fee of CNY10. It is accounted by meters.
