How can I get to the Wuhou Temple and Jinli Street from the Southwest Minzu University?

Is this a good place to travel in December 2019?

Walk northwest along 4th Section of South 1st Ring Road around 350 meters. Then walk northeast around 850 meters to find the destination.

In addition, December will be a good time to travel. Have a nice journey!
