About:Marriage Registration in China

spouse visa to work visa

what if i am staying in china with a spouse visa and then i get a work permit and i want to change it to work visa, do i need to exit china?

No, you can change it within China. Just go to the nearby Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office to do that.
