About:China Postal Service

How can I speak to someone in China postal service regarding a package

Shipment tracking is LA310023738US
I can not get an update on USPS tracking because USPS doesn’t track once in China. How can I contact someone in China to check if the item has reached. The person I’m trying to send it to won’t confirm because it’s a return to get my money back on PayPal.

The logistic information indicates that your item departed a transfer airport in CAPITAL, BEIJING, CHINA on August 2, 2019 at 5:11 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. You can ask the receiver to contact the local post office and figure out the problem.

Thank you for responding. I’ve contacted the person that is supposed to receive the package. However because they don’t want to refund me they won’t let me know if they have received it. They are just going to act like it’s lost or they haven’t received it. I want to try contact their local post office myself but I don’t know how. Especially since they speak Chinese on the phone.

Well, I am afraid that you can only let the receiver to communicate with the local post office. Because the staff only can speak Chinese.
