About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I need visa or not?

I have flight on August 31 form ICN korea to KTM kathmandu. Have transit inTOA for 22.5 hours then in KMG for 4 hours i i don't have any plans to visit outside airport. I need visa or not? If needed can i get on airport or not?

You need a visa. You cannot get it at the airport. Your other option is to change your flights.
