About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

144 hour Visa-Free Transit in Shengzhen

I am holding Australian Passport with a multiple two years Visa valid until 13/10/2019

I am Landing into Guangzhou (Baiyun Airport ) 03/10/19 from Australia with returned ticket 20/10/19 AM flight back to Melbourne. CHINA SOUTHERN AIR LINE

I am flying out to Spain 06/10/2019 and come back to Shenzhen Bao'an airport on 18/10/2019 from Madrid- Spain (no valid Visa )PM flight HAIHAN AIRLINE

Since I am flying back to Melbourne -Australian on 20/10/2019. Am flight. Please advise if I can apply 144 hours Visa Free transit in Zhenzhen airport.

With Southern China Air 03/10/2019 Melbourne - Guangzhou -Melbourne 20/10/2019 with Visa to be into China

With Haihang Air Shengzhen 06/10/2019 Shengzhen - Mardis - Shengzhen 18/10/2019 need a Visa-Free transit in Guangdong.

Please advise urgently, as I need to organise the 2nd Visa in Melbourne if I need to.

You don't have to apply for a new visa because your itinerary is perfectly done to allow you 144 hour visa free transit in Guangdong province.

The first part of your stay in China will be covered by visa and there is no need to discuss this detail further.

The second part is interesting because you have an itinerary:

Madrid - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Melbourne

This itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit because you will stay in Guangdong province for more than 24 hours.
