How to make reservations at The Oriental Pearl TV Tower Of Shanghai Revolving Restaurant?

and the cost per two persons please?

Chinese usually make reservation by some mobile apps. Or you can just purchase the tickets when you arriving there.
It costs CNY250-280/person.
