You can take metro line S1 to Nanjing South railway station, then take metro line S3 to Youfangqiao station, and transfer to metro line 2 to Olympic stadium station (Exit 4), then walk north of 500m to your hotel. It takes around 80 minutes with CNY8. If you take taxi, the cab fare is around CNY130 with 40 minutes.
