Holding Denmark passport. Planning to fly on 22 Sep from Kuala Lumpur(KUL) to Hangzhou (HGH) for a meeting. Then 23 Sep fly from Hangzhou to Singapore. Am i qualify for the free visa transit?

I definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in wider Shanghai area.
