Flight from Malaysia to the Netherlands through 1hour connection in Guangzhou

Hi There,
I'm an Iranian passport holder and I'm going to have a flight from Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur to the Netherlands, Amsterdam with 1hour connection in Guangzhou airport, Do I need to apply for a transit visa in advance or I am eligible for getting 24hours free visa on arrival?

Thanks

Mohammad, you are right. You don't need to do (apply) anything in advance. You are supposed to print out your e-tickets and have them in hard copy. Upon your check-in in Kuala Lumpur, you will declare at check-in that you travel to Netherlands as the destination and China as the transit. After that, you will be allowed to board the plane.

Just one detail here... You have just an hour between your flights in Guangzhou and this is very, very tight. I just hope you are traveling on a single (through) ticket, I assume on China Southern, because otherwise, you would not be able to catch your onward flight to Amsterdam.
