Your stay in Guangzhou and Shenzhen meet the requirements of 144-hour visa-free transit, and you could travel to Macua and Hong Kong without a visa. In a word, you don't need to apply for a visa for these trips.

Visa-free transit requires you to arrive by air (in Guangzhou if you’re coming from Hong Kong). You also need confirmed onward tickets in advance. Other options are Shenzhen VOA or a tourist visa.
