About:Tax Refund
We will be shopping in Beijing and then traveling to Shanghai
Our arrival is in Beijing, then we depart back home from Shanghai - should we be taking our purchases in Beijing to the desk at the airport in Beijing before we go to Shanghai? And then obviously, taking our Shanghai purchases to the airport prior to departure in Shanghai..... Effectively - going twice to get tax refunds?
