Can south asian country passport holder apply Macau visa

I'm Nepal passport holder but I'm permanent holder in japan and want to visit Macau for holiday can we apply online visa or we have to visit personaly in Embassy???? Or we can get on arrival in Macau???

Dear, you need to get a Macau visa in advance. Online application service is not available. You need to apply through the China visa application center in Japan.
