Beijing metro card

Hello! If i want 2 airport travel passes and 1 week metro pass to visit the beijing, how much should i top up the metro card when arriving the airport? 70 yuan+20 deposit? I saw 1 week metro card is cheaper than single rides, so should i ask the cashier to load 42 trips (1 week card)?
