beijing metro card

Question

Hello! If i want 2 airport travel passes and 1 week metro pass to visit the beijing, how much should i top up the metro card when arriving the airport? 70 yuan+20 deposit? I saw 1 week metro card is cheaper than single rides, so should i ask the cashier to load 42 trips (1 week card)? Thanks for the help

Well, you cannot top up the 7 days metro card. With this pass, passenger could take all the metro lines without limit in 7 days after the first use. This pass is not required to be returned after use so passenger could keep it as a souvenir.
