About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

My parents do not speak English and Chinese. Is there support for old ppl who dont speak the languag

They are flying from Hanoi to Adelaide, transitting at Guangzhou. Is there support for old people who are not speaking the language and not familiar with procedures?

Well, I guess it is difficult to find a staff who can speak Vietnamese. Why don't you list some necessary signs and procedures for your parents with translation?
