i am going to x'ian and chengdu for 1 day each in november

i live hong kong and a UK citizen where do i get visa and how long it take and how long to get

Andrew, you can apply for it at the visa center in Hong Kong. The address is 20/F, Capital Center, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai.

The regular processing time is usually 4 working days.
