I will be entering Shanghai (Baoshan)on a cruise. We will be in Kagoshima before arriving in China a

I m a Maltese citizen and will be entering Shanghai (Baoshan)on a cruise for 14hrs. We will be in Kagoshima before arriving in China and Jeju, S Korea for a technical stop after before arriving in Taipei. Will be on tour with a local agency. Do I still need a visa?

Miriam, you are perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Shanghai. In other words, you don't need any kind of visa.
