Do I need to get another visa or permit
I recently lost my passport that had my valid Chinese residence permit. I am contemplating getting an emergency travel document so that I can leave before the permit expires. I am a student so I cannot leave as soon as I get the emergency travel document. My question is will the permit in the old passport still be valid even though that passport is lost? And also do I need to get a permit or Visa again?
