About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I live in Pennsylvania. I plan to bring my visa application to New York and submit in person.

I also plan to bring my wife's visa application and submit it. She will not be there. Is that acceptable?

Steven, you can submit your wife's application. However, if her fingerfrints has not been collected by the consulate, she may need to go there in person. Please contact the consulate to confirm this.
