Hi, I'm currently a holder of a work permit as a teacher and i'm want to change to teacher trainer

Hi, I'm currently a holder of a chinese work permit as a teacher and i'm want to change position to a teacher trainer or consultant in the same company. In this case will I need to exit China for a new Z visa?
Secondly, I have 6 years work experience as a teacher in mainland China...Is this enough to qualify me for the above new position in the same (current) company? Thanks.

Dear, you can use your old visa for the new position. It doesn't matter. As for your second question, China does not have regulations on the qualification of teacher trainers. If your company thinks you qualify, then you qualify.
