About:China Train Ticket Booking FAQ

TRAIN TICKETS FOR UNITED KINGDOM TOURISTS

Do they need specific tickets being tourists? If so, is there a price difference?
They are interested in second class seating, which does say that power is available, but do they need to be at a table to access power points?
Also, is food included or served during the journey? Or is it just visiting the restaurant cart?

There is no special ticket or discount for tourists. International travelers can buy normal adult/child tickets. For second class seats, the power is usually set up at the bottom part of the front seat or the own seats, shared by the passengers in same row. There is no meal included in ticket price. During lunch time or dinner time, there could be meal for sale. During other times of a day, usually only some snacks for sale. Passengers can choose to take food of their own.
