Mount Siguniang and Bipenggou Valley

Hi,
We would like to cover Mount Siguniang (Haizi valley & Shuangqiao Valley) as well as Bipenggou valley for 4-5 days from 30 Oct 2019 to 2/3 Nov 2019. Could you please suggest the itinerary, transportation & cost?
