About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Euopean Countries available for Beijing 144 hours visa free policy?

Hello, would this also count for going from one European country to BJ and then to another European country? for example Oslo (Norway) to BJ to Frankfurt (Germany).

Yes, but only if your passport is from one of the 53 qualifying countries. Note that Norway is not one of those 53.
