About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for the 144 hour visa?

Hello, on Sep 1 I will fly from Frankfurt Germany (Im German) to Seoul in Korea. On Sep 15 Im flying from Seoul to Shanghai and back to Seoul on Sep 19. I will stay 4 nights in Shanghai. On Sep 20 Im flying from Seoul back to Germany. Am I eligible for the 144 hour visa? Thanks in advance.

Seoul-Shanghai-Seoul clearly requires a visa because you’re not in transit.
