About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Are we eligible for 144 hr visa for stay in Shanghai?

Hi, I am travelling from London to Shanghai in September for 5 days and then travelling to Tokyo in Japan for 3 days and after to Hong Kong for 4 days. Will I be eligible for 144 Hour Visa ?
