You need to collect all the documents, and post them to the visa center in South Korea.

You can make the payment through remittance.The Visa Center staff will inform you of the amount of payment when your passport is ready for return. You can remit the payment to the center, and indicate your passport number and pickup form in the remittance information column.

No any bank statements??

As far as I know, it's not required.
