About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

info TEMPORARY VISA

Dear
i left yesterday 11 AUG, HO CHI MINH CITY and landed in SHANGHAI at 19:00 . today my flight for HONG KONG are been cancel and no one knows when new flight for HONG KONG will start again . can i fly back to HO CHI MINH directly ?
or eventually i need to transit on other country ?

Simone, are you now on 24 or 144 hour visa free transit? I assume that you were allowed to leave the airport and are now in Shanghai?
