I AM AN INDIAN NATIONAL STAYING AS PERMENANT RESIDENT IN CANADA HOW CAN I APPLY FOR PAR ?

IF I MENTION I STAY IN CANADA THE ADRESS WONT MATCH THE ADDRESS IN MY PASSPORT WHICH IN INDIAN ADDRESS ... WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

They asked for your current address didn't they? If that's the case then simply fill in your current address and if immigration asks just tell them that you no longer live in India.
