Validating Passport

dear, I would like to ask you few questions about validating passport.

I'm a student who needs a Visa for study and have Somali passport.

If I have Somali passport and all required documents, may I get Visa for study.

yes, you could. But the embassy in your country is currently not able to provide visa services. You are suggested to apply for the visa at Chinese Embassy in Djibouti.
