About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Landing in Harbin and departing from Beijing

Hey there,
I'm landing in Harbin from Singapore on 05/01 at around 09:00 am
Departing to Helsinki from Beijing 2 days later on 07/01 at around 11:00. Can I get any kind of transit visit or moving between Harbin and Beijing doesn't allow it?

You need a visa in advance. Transit without visa is limited to 24 hours when you have two stops like that.
