Luggage claim for another connecting flight

HI, I am Nepalese passport holder and traveling to Nepal from Nagoya Japan and I have 3 stops in China, and travelling via China eastern airline, I need to collect my luggage and check in for another connecting flight and also I am not leaving the airside. Do I need a visa or anything for that?

Actually, you will have to leave the airside because, as you have written, you will have to collect your luggage and make new check-in at one of your three Chinese stops. Now, the main question is whether the Chinese portion of your itinerary is less than 24 long!? If this is the case, then you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit, but if this portion is just a minute longer than 24 hours, you will need a Chinese transit (G) visa to cross the China. You should calculate your entire time from your first scheduled arrival until your last (the third) scheduled departure.

By the way, could you present your itinerary. We will talk easily with something we can see with our own eyes than a bit abstract three point transit.
