Availability & pickup train tickets

Hi!

Is the availability of tickets on your online booking system accurate and up to date? As in, if it says its sold out, can i still get tickets at the station counter for a trip?

and if i book tickets on your website for a specific date and time, can i pick them up one or two days in advance (at the departure railway station)?

The ticket availability information on our website follows the information of Railway Company. Occasionally there could be a slight delay when ticket availability frequently in short time. Usually if the tickets are not available on our website, it is sold out no matter online or at station.

For ticket collection, you can do it a few days in advance at a railway station ticket counter as long as you hold our ticket pick up number and all passengers' travel document. Thank you.
