About:Deluxe Soft Sleeper

Deluxe availability

Hi! Are there deluxe between Xian and Shanghai? Or from Shenzen to Chongqing/Chengdu? I was trying to book through another website but they say they have 20% of booking the tickets not sure what that means

Hi Carlos, do you mean deluxe sleeper? If so, between Xi'an and Shanghai, Z40/Z42 have them while between Shenzhen and Chongqing/Chengdu, none of them are available.

You may ask their customer service about the 20%? Success rate, I guess?

Thank you! I'm checking on web but it seems like the Z40/Z42 don´t really have deluxe sleepers anymore :(

Yes, only soft sleepers.
