About:Visa on Arrival

Malaysian passport to Luo Hu Port

Hello, I am holding a Malaysian passport and would like to know if I am eligible for VOA at the Luo Hu Port. I am planning to go for a short travelling trip in Shen Zhen by train from Hong Kong.

Very recent reports indicate that Shenzhen VOA is granted to Malaysian citizens only in case if they have been granted a Chinese visa before by Chinese embassy or consulate. So, if you have been granted a Chinese visa before, you are eligible, but if you have not, I would recommend that you obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa in advance.
