About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Malaysian passport holder when stopover/transit in Haikou. do I need a visa. Please advise

I am a Malaysian citizen living in Sydney. I want to go to Taipei by Hainan Airlines and I have to transit in Haikou for 10 hours. Do I need a Visa to transit/stopover

No, you needn't. you are eligible for the 24-hour visa-free transit.
