About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu
stops before and after cruise from Shanghai
We are Dutch passport holders. We will arrive in Feb 2020 from NYC to Shanghai and stop over before cruising of 4 days. No problem there as far as the 144 hr visum is concerned, correct.
The stop before reaching Shanghai again finalizing the cruise is Nagasaki. Than a 15 hr lay over in Shanghai before the departure flight out of Shanghai with United Airlines has a 3 hr stop over in Tokyo before continuing to USA.
Could you please advise if this is a safe set-up for the VOA program? Thank you very much.
