About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

I am planning a cruise in April 2020 from Singapore to Tianjin.

On arrival in Tianjin I will be transferred to Beijing airport for a return flight to Sydney. I will be in China for less than 12 hours. Do I need a visa?
