Hello it says 07:30-18:00 - doest it mean I can stay on the Wall untill 18.00, or I need to be back near ticket office by 18.00? kind regards

No, you can still stay there after 18:00. It means that tourists are not allowed to enter the scenic area from the entrance after 18:00. If you have already inside it, it doesn't matter.
