PERMENANT CHINEZE VISA

I want to know if i can get a permenant chinese visa, my wife is chinese and i have lived in china nearly five years with her i will be applying shortly for my visa. I am retired but my wife still works as a doctor

After your marriage lasts for five years, and you have lived in China for five continous years and stay in China for not less than 9 months each year, and you have a residence in China, you will be able to apply for the permanent residency.
