About:Embassy of Saudi Arabia in China

Im from Philippines and I entered Shenzhen before via group tour from H.K. Am I qualified for VOA?

I read the main post about VOA on this site which states that tourists from the Philippines and Indonesia can avail the VOA as long as they were PREVIOUSLY granted with a Chinese visa. Please clarify.

Unfortunately, Philippine citizens are not eligible for Shenzhen VOA at the time being even in case that they have been granted a Chinese visa before. So, I would recommend you to obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa or postpone your travel.
