Apply for HK work visa

Indian passport holder, planning to work in Hong Kong for 6 months. Please suggest me the way to go. I have successfully applied for PAR and planning to arrive with that for 14 days. I can make multiple entries for 6 months. But I was looking for a more stable way to stay for 6 months where I don't have to leave the country every 14 days.
If I have to leave HK, can I visit Macau and come back in the same day ?
