About:Chinese Embassy in Rwanda

I want to ask why my JW202 is not found on the ambassy while the university have already sent it

I have a problem the college of international education west campus of Guizhou university
Always send my JW 202 to your email consulate-rwa@MFA.gov. cn
But when ever I come to apply for a visa they tell that it's not available so can you please check this e-mail (cie@gzu.edu.cn)and help me please??

Brother iyakaremye, I am Desire from Rwanda don't be mistaken please! JW202 is *shipped* with hard copy+admission letter of your school, not sent on e-mail.
