About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Can adult child of mixed parentage get a green card?

My son is 23 years old. At the time of his birth his father was a Chinese National. My son has lived in China since the age of 3. Is he eligible for sth more permanent than the reunion visa?

YM, it is possible for your son to apply for permanent residence permit. You can contact with local PSB for detailed information.
