Hi anyone know what is the percentage of tax refund could tourist get in Shanghai? If

I would like to get a Louis vuttion neverfull MM which cost 9560yuan

The tax rate of this kind of item is around 30%. If you buy it in a tax-free store, you can apply for the tax refund at the airport.
