About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Graduated last year 2018 from China

But, today I got Chinese government scholarship to further my education to master’s degree level, now I need to apply for X visa, do I need to authenticate my police character certificate or other documents?

Yes, I think you need to authenticate the documents again because it has been four years ago since you last authenticate them.
