I graduated in January and I have applied for a masters program which I have gained admission.

I graduated in January 2021 and I have applied for a masters program which I have gained admission pending my visa processing. I was working full time after my graduation and the police has taken my passport and phone. What are my options

One thing to confirm, you haven't overstayed your current visa, right? If so, you can go to the local Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration to renew or extend your visa.
