About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Singapore to Beijing (Singapore Airlines) then connecting BJ to Harbin (Air China)

We are arriving in T3 via Singapore Airlines and like to board the domestic flight to Harbin via AIr China without having to exit and re-enter. Is this possible?

Baggage Claim
Customs Inspection
Transfer Formalities
Security check
Waiting & Boarding.
